Armed Forces Covenant
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated fairly and should not face disadvantages when seeking to access public or private goods and services in the UK.
As proud supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant we were absolutely delighted to receive the Gold Award in the Employers Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The award demonstrates our commitment to the Veterans, Families and Spouses of the Armed Forces community and continues to strengthen our bonds with our brethren who continue the fight.
We encourage our suppliers and clients to sign the Covenant.
The Covenant is a voluntary pledge. Organisations may choose to sign up in order to demonstrate their support for the Armed Forces Community and for the principles of the Covenant. All organisations – public, private or voluntary and small, medium or large – are welcome to sign the Covenant.

Employer Recognition Scheme, Gold Award
We collected our Armed Forces Covenant, Employers Recognition Scheme, Gold Award at National Memorial Arboretum in November 2022.
The Gold level award is the highest level of recognition within the scheme, formally recognising the organisations who go the extra mile to support the wider forces community.
